Details :
  • We are looking for an experienced candidate to manage the company's accounts/book-keeping and provide reports when necessary. You must be be able to demonstrate that you are independent, self motivated, have good communication skills, computer literate and are multi-skilled.
  • Must have 2-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Must have attention to detail and be extremely accurate
  • Dynamic personality, have a sense of humour and be hands on in getting the job done
  • You must be accustomed to using accounting software, able to prepare invoices, vouchers and their respective payments. 
  • Check accuracy of documents.
  • Able to organise, index and file documents, records and reports 
  • Assist with the monthly payroll including EPF AND SOCSO payments
  • Diplomatic, have good negotiation and people skills when dealing with colleagues, customers and suppliers
  • Fluent in written in spoken English and able to speak Bahasa and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Preference for candidates with Diploma/Related Study or relevant experience
